Welcome to Hush: Your Voice Bedtime Story ("Hush", "we", "our", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Hush app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

Hush is an AI-powered application that creates personalized bedtime stories using inputs you provide — including voice recordings, text prompts, and child profile details (name, age, interests). Stories are narrated using a cloned version of your voice. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial, entertainment and family use only.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Hush.
• Parents and legal guardians may use Hush on behalf of, and for, children under their direct supervision.
• By using Hush, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Hush offers auto-renewable subscription plans — monthly and annual. Prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• To cancel, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device, or visit appleid.apple.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• We also offer one-time story credit purchases (non-consumable items). These are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew.
• No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods or unused story credits, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.
• We do not directly process or store payment information — all billing is handled by Apple.

4. Voice Cloning & User Content

You may provide:

• Voice recordings (for voice cloning)
• Voice memos about your child's day (for story generation)
• Text prompts and child profile details

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By using Hush, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your inputs solely to: generate personalized stories, create and store your voice clone, and operate and improve the Hush service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that voice recordings you submit are of yourself and that you have full rights to use them. Do not submit recordings of other people without their explicit consent.

5. AI-Generated Content

Stories and audio generated by Hush:

• Are created using artificial intelligence and may not always be perfectly accurate, age-appropriate, or error-free.
• Are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, publish, or sell AI-generated stories from Hush.
• Hush is not responsible for how generated content is interpreted or for any emotional, behavioral, or other outcomes arising from its use.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Submit harmful, abusive, offensive, or illegal content.
• Submit voice recordings of people who have not given their consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the app's source code or AI models.
• Use Hush for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access controls.

7. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, design, code, and technology are the exclusive property of Hush App or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right in the Hush app or service.

8. Medical & Therapeutic Disclaimer

Hush is an entertainment app. It is not a medical device, sleep therapy product, or mental health tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Do not use Hush as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hush and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

In all cases, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $10, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to Hush at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive or fraudulent use of the service. You may delete your account at any time via the app settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Hush after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
